Computers have invaded nearly every aspect of our lives. Management of our municipal infrastructure is no exception. Today more than ever, efficient, timely, informed management of our infrastructure is imperative. At the same time the permutations of available software, hardware, and database management technology are mind staggering. In order to evaluate in a professional and thorough manner, this paper will serve to bring out the major features and functions required of a state-of-the-art infrastructure management system.
