Abstract:

This paper provides a summary of the main documentation supporting users of the MAINeT Highway Maintenance Innovations Network. More specifically, the paper explains how to: - find, review, and retrieve highway maintenance innovation descriptions relevant to specific interests; - enter innovations or descriptions of maintenance problems to the database. This paper will be of interest to prospective MAINeT users with little or no microcomputer experience. MAINeT is intended for maintenance engineers, their technical aids, assistant engineers, and supervisors in district, county, central state and area maintenance offices.
