Abstract:

The contingent valuation method is used to estimate the willingness of Baltimore County homeowners to pay for stormwater controls to reduce nutrient loadings to the Chesapeake Bay. Homeowner preferences for payment methods are evaluated. Total willingness to pay is estimated.
