Part of: Preparing Requests for Proposals and Specifications for Design-Build Projects
Abstract:
In order to select a DB contractor, the owner must define its requirements for project implementation and for the completed project. These requirements are typically incorporated into an RFP that provides contractual information as well as a conceptual design for the project. This chapter examines approaches for developing the elements of the RFP.
