Abstract:

Everyone says they want to use computers. Yet, there are still some people who avoid using computers whenever they can. Also, some managers still resist using the latest computer technology. They simply refuse to use computer tools even when there is a clear advantage. One major problem that engineers must deal with is trying to use modern computer tools despite indecisive administrators and doubtful co-workers.
