Abstract:

It has been my privilege to assist many management groups that are highly multicultural and diverse in their membership. These groups have included minorities, women, and people of all ages with varied experiences and educations. More recently, these groups have been of mixed nationalities, including European and Asian as well as American managers. As challenging as these groups are for their consultant, they are even more challenging for one another!
