Abstract:

The Howard Theatre was constructed in 1910 at 620 T Street, NW in Washington, DC. In 2010, a group of sponsoring organizations and developers put together a $17.1 million plan to revitalize the Theatre. The idea was to update it with the latest technologies while maintaining the Theatre's iconic presence.
