Abstract:

The American Society of Civil Engineers is an ANSI-accredited standards development organization (SDO) and as such develops consensus-based standards in a wide-range of technical areas including environmental and water resources. The ANSI-accreditation requires that the procedures and conduct of ASCE's program satisfy the fundamental tenets of any ANSI accredited program.
