Abstract:

A Comprehensive Water Resources Study, conducted in partnership with the States of Alabama, Georgia and Florida and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), represents an innovative approach to resolving complex and contentious water resource issues. This paper provides an update on the study and describes the challenges of a consensus partnership approach in relation to opportunities for success.
