Abstract:

This paper introduces SAMS, a computer software developed for the analysis, modeling, and generation of hydrologic time series such as annual and monthly streamfiows. It is written in C and Fortran and runs on 32-bit windows operating systems such as WINDOWS NT or WINDOWS 95.
