Abstract:

This paper presents a simplified approach to the general audit procedure that is applicable to the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). The process leads to the identification of major sources of wastage and inefficiencies and the elaboration of a made to measure environmental plan. 80% of the problem can thus be resolved at an affordable cost. The process can be self taught.
