Abstract:

This presentation will describe how new object-oriented technology is being applied to this problem. The goal of this use of object-oriented systems is 1) to provide a method for processing and integrating engineering data into a form usable by construction, and 2) to provide a foundation for creating robust software applications geared specifically for use in support of construction.
