Abstract:

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the suitability of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) grids for use as a structural; reinforcement in concrete curtain wall panels. This paper describes a portion of the research program being conducted on the use of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Girds for the structural reinforcement of concrete. This research is currently underway at the University of Idaho and the University of New Hampshire.
