Abstract:

The NASA sponsored Lunar Base Working Group at the Institute for Astrophysics, University of New Mexico and the Department of Astronomy, New Mexico State University has been investigating the impact of fine dust grains on possible future astronomy experiments on the Moon. An analysis of lunar retroreflector data is presented. Data have been gathered from all lunar retroreflector experiments and all the data relating to the strength of the returned signal tabulated.
