Abstract:

Prospects of exploring space and establishing settlements in outer space have become a worldwide challenge. Space Law and Space Policy must be established on the international as well as the domestic level in order to perform any space project efficiently. This paper deals with Space Law and Space Policy. Key points are the enforcement of national and international laws, guidelines for setting the policy and the advance technologies needed for such endeavors.
