Document Type: Proceeding Paper

Part of: Water Management in the '90s: A Time for Innovation

Abstract:

The 280-acre Kensington Business Park includes 11 stormwater retention ponds that were also designed to provide aesthetic enhancement. Maintenance of these ponds became a concern when the 10-year agreement between the Village and the park developer expired. Of particular concern was the estimated short and long term cost to maintain the stormwater detention functions as well as the aesthetic enhancement of the ponds.
