Abstract:

Uses and abuses of construction specifications is a phenomenon discussed everywhere construction people gather. Issues addressed tend to be both general in nature, and project specific. Members from every side of the project are targets. Sadly, there is much to talk about. This paper addresses the main causes of most construction problems, and offers suggestions on how they can be avoided.
