Abstract:

At Wakanoura Bay, in the center of Wakayama Shimotsu Port, Wakayama Marina City Project has been under construction. This project is expected to play a leading role in the development of Wakayama Prefecture towards the approaching 21st century. The project aims at realizing an international-urban-resort complex with a marina on a man-made island 150 meters offshore. The most characteristic point of Wakayama Marina City Project is that we are making every effort to advantageously utilize the sea and waterfront.
