Abstract:

To discover what plans North American hydropower producers have for their hydroelectric resources in the 1990s, Hydro Review conducted a survey of leaders in the hydro generation industry in the U.S. and Canada. Results of the survey point to some interesting trends about upgrade and rehabilitation work, costs of hydro generation, and new development plans. Survey responses present a positive outlook for the North American hydro industry in the 1990s.
