Abstract:

This proceedings, Waterpower '91: a New View of Hydro Resources, consists of papers presented at WATERPOWER '91 Conference held in Denver, Colorado, July 24-26, 1991. It is the seventh biennial edition of the series begun in 1979. It is a conference directed toward resolving issues concerning generating electricity by using the renewable resource water as the prime mover of the generation system.
