Abstract:

New storm water discharge permit application regulations proposed by EPA will have a significant impact on municipalities across the nation. Cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex are planning a regional approach to control storm water pollution. Comments received by EPA Region 6 provide insight into perceived impacts the regulations will have on municipalities in the area.
