While economic regulation per se is becoming virtually non-existant, other forms of regulations which result in finite and measurable economic impacts continue on -- and indeed are proliferating. The paper presents a brief listing of some of the regulatory provisions currently in force in various jurisdictions. Subjects covered include state level regulations, local/city level regulations, and others.
