Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to identify ways that large trucks can be accommodated safely and efficiently through traffic control. Traffic control is herein defined as encompassing information conveyed using traffic control devices. Emphasis has been placed on identifying ways in which suitable traffic control devices can ameliorate problems associated with large truck operations.
