Abstract:

This paper presents and assesses a microcomputer software package which has been designed for use in six cities and towns in Massachusetts. The package employs a readily available database management system (DBMS) software system, Dataflex, and IBM PC compatible hardware. The package is evaluated in terms of ease of use, data requirements, and other cost and non-cost factors.
