Abstract:

Various model formulations for water quality management are examined herein, each of which involves a somewhat different approach to the problem of determining optimal treatment levels at various pollution sources. The different model interpretations are of value to a decision maker in that the decision maker is better able to choose a solution for implementation which incorporates the pertinent aspects of the problem.
