Abstract:

The Henderson Marsh Mitigation Agreement is a legal document entered into by the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW), and the Weyerhauser Company (as the property owner) concerning the long-range development and replacement of a large wetlands area in the coastal zone at Coos Bay, Oregon. The formal mitigation document is a culmination of 24 years of habitat planning and design.
