Abstract:

The concept of HYDRORAMA exceeds conventional museum-like operations. It includes hotel/motel accommodation, academic courses organized by world-round university sources, permanent expositions are added for the display of water-related equipment and offices are provided for any industrial, commercial, recreational interests, together with offices for publishers and conservation organizations. The coordination of such operations may offer the dynamics necessary to reveal the emergency and to stimulate education in water conditions and husbandry, on a global scale.
