Abstract:

Last year EPA decided to give environmental auditing a boost by reviewing our compliance and enforcement policies for opportunities to encourage auditing to complement traditional administrative and judicial enforcement efforts. This decision prompted a detailed review of policy options which soon should lead to publication of a formal Agency policy statement on environmental auditing. (Author abstract. )
