The Flows of Suspended Sandy Material Along the Section of Bulgarian Coast

by R. D. Kos'yan, Russian Acad of Sciences, Russia,

Document Type: Proceeding Paper

Part of: Coastlines of the Black Sea

Abstract:

Combining of available models of elementary hydro- and lithodynamic processes in a single calculation scheme permits to evaluate the volumes of detrital material transported either way along the shore and to predict the summary discharge for any time span. Following this scheme, certain calculations have been made for the Bulgarian Black Sea coast section between Emine and Caliacra Capes.
