Abstract: Based upon experiments conducted at the Univ of California, San Diego (UCSD) on floor-to-wall connections in concrete masonry structures, a constitutive model was developed for the overall shear force-relative displacement relations under cyclic loading. The predicted results compare well with the experimental data.
