Abstract:

The paper identifies three problems associated with state Accident Records Systems: quality control of data input, inconsistencies among data files, and poor accessibility. The paper discusses some of the major issues involved in using Artificial Intelligence software to mitigate these problems and shares some thoughts on how one might deal with these issues.
