The paper addresses three areas of Oil Hydraulic Design for Francis and Kaplan Turbines: smart accumulator condition sensors, high flow servo logic, and high pressures Wicket Gate cylinder actuators with direct mounted ICVM's (integrated circuit valving manifolds).
