Abstract:

Excellence in inspection starts with proper interpretation of specifications and drawings. There exists a void between the design team and the field people which must be bridged in order to obtain excellence. A positive attitude, the proper approach, appropriate experience and a commitment to excellence are necessary attributes for the inspection team to have for the development of excellence in inspection.
