Accessing the Schedule Data Base

Document Type: Proceeding Paper

Part of: Microcomputer Applications Within the Urban Transportation Environment

Abstract:

Some of the potentially most significant uses of microcomputers in transit scheduling analysis (i. e. , to take advantage of the user-defined powers of the microcomputer to perform special purpose analyses) have hardly been explored. If, and as expected, such analyses become common, the outcome should be improved scheduling and run cutting practices, and more efficient extraboard management.
