Abstract:

Many institutions and private industry organizations have prepared guidance documents with the latest scientific and engineering information on proper design, installation, maintenance, and documented benefits of permeable pavements. However, there currently is no central clearing house for disseminating this information. The goal of this ASCE EWRI document was to review the most up-to-date information and references from academic institutions, industry groups, the engineering community, and the scientific community, and publish the results in permeable pavement in a single document.
