Abstract:

The word team may be defined as a group of people, each with different skills and often with different tasks, who work together toward a common project, service, or goal with a meshing of their functions and with mutual support. Using this definition, most of us are members of many groups that are or could be teams, such as project teams, boards of directors, departments, committees, task groups, offices, and networks! Some groups are highly interdependent and must mesh their work moment to moment, while others can be more flexible.
