Abstract:

This session reviewed how the 2011 Mississippi Basin Flood developed, and it defined the special extent and magnitude of the flooding from the perspective of the US Army Corps of Engineers, National Weather Service, and the United States Geological Survey.The video includes presentations by Charles E.
