This session will provide a case study on how Walter P. Moore and Associates is leveraging technology to improve productivity and quality. The session will focus on two technologies, a corporate intranet and a corporate portal. Among the areas to be addressed will be the development of the technologies, the continuous improvement and leveraging of the technologies, and practical examples of the use of each technology.
