Abstract:

Technical Procedure for City Surveys covers a broad range of topics relevant to city surveys, such as the land itself and the boundaries of the original land subdivisions. The need of full information concerning these two factors is apparent. If they are ignored during the planning stage of a project, obstacles will be encountered during its construction. The City Survey, therefore, is an essential part of operating existing facilities and in planning extensions thereto. Other topics include triangulation, measurement of angles and azimuth observation.
