Proceedings of the Symposium conducted by the Committee on Watershed Management of the Irrigation and Drainage Division of the American Society of Civil Engineers, held at Utah State University, Logan, Utah, August 11-13, 1975. Watershed Management presents dozens of papers covering a broad range of relevant issues in watershed management.
