Abstract:

The report suggests a process for assessing the need for transport solution, and a method for designing airport access system that are responsive to specific human values. The report includes an extensive treatment of the theory that underlines the procedures as well as guidelines for conducting an analysis. While much data and many needed relationships are not available the study argues for immediate application of the method of analysis that is advanced.
