Abstract:

Service from northern New Jersey to lower Manhattan on the Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) commuter rail system will soon be restored thanks to a speedy rehabilitation of tunnels and tracks, repair work on a New Jersey station, and the construction of a temporary station at the World Trade Center site.
