Abstract:

The author presents portions of a study into the current watershed regulatory framework in Pennsylvania, and how effectively this framework supports watershed sustainability when faced with the stresses of urbanization. The study methodology and preliminary conclusions are presented. Funding for the study was provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
