Abstract:

The WaterReuse Association of California is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to removing the barriers to water recycling in a State where water supply is a critical issue. The Northern California Chapter of WaterReuse was formally established in 1994 with these objectives as stated in the bylaws are: To promote water recycling as a supplemental source of water and as a means to reduce discharges to waters in Northern California; to work for the adoption of legislation and regulations that maximize safe use of recycled water and to increase public awareness of the water recycling efforts in Northern California.
