Abstract:

In 1992, the California Department of Water Resources began an investigation of the potential to develop additional water supply for the State Water Project through conjunctive use programs in the Sacramento Valley. Complex issues involving water rights, resource allocation, Delta protection, and the amount of real water developed must be resolved before projects can be implemented.
