Abstract:

Under severe manmade environmental changes, nature-protective activities serve to effectively solve a triune task: conservation and recovery of environmental ecosystems, safety of man and his environment, and sustainable economic development. For this purpose, a state environmental pollution observation network has been set up.Communication of information on environmental pollution levels, including emergency situations, is one of the main functions of the observational system.
