Abstract:

This paper presents a framework to effectively model the impact of change in the level of computerization on project organizations. A key focus is the changing relationships between project organization structures and key project processes and the behavior of people who perform these processes. A structured methodology for modeling the interaction between project organization structure, individual behavior and project processes under different levels of computerization is presented.
