Abstract:

The City of Davenport, Washington went through an extended process to update their undersized wastewater treatment and irrigation reclamation systems for municipal wastewater. The process involved added storage, land condemnation, and special design considerations to deal with buffering and spray drift issues raised in the condemnation process.
