Abstract:

This paper discusses the development of a nonpotable water pricing policy as part of the East Bay Municipal Utility District's long-range comprehensive planning effort entitled the Water Reclamation Implementation Plan. The paper presents a brief discussion of the District's funding and financing methodology for its existing water reclamation program and describes the proposed financing methodology for future nonpotable water projects.
