Abstract:

Community leaders may be unaware of monies and expertize available to solve water-related problems. To remedy this situation, staff of the Mobile District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers set out to identify funding sources at the state and federal levels, to clarify the 'how-to' of obtaining such funding and to educate municipalities on the best ways to use this assistance.
